Current Restoration Work
We are not rushing this process. The goal is to protect what mattered while building something strong enough to continue.
Public project status
The work has different rhythms.
These are plain-language project updates, not automatic telemetry, uptime promises, launch dates, or estimates. A status describes only the scope named in that row.
Website and public discovery
The public website is live, with newcomer guidance, community paths, project status, privacy information, and the Three Doors continuing to be refined.
Avatar Palace Client
The new client is in private early alpha. There is no public download, release date, or implied availability.
Self-hosted foundation
A foundation for a future Avatar Palace-hosted service is in development. It is not a public connection, and no public address or launch date is announced.
Preservation and historical record
Rooms, artwork, props, records, and community memories require provenance, consent, privacy review, attribution, and honest treatment of uncertainty.
Accessibility and inclusive participation
Navigation, content, motion, contrast, reflow, and interaction barriers are being addressed as part of participation. This status is not a conformance claim.
Community documentation
Connection help, newcomer explanations, project notes, and community guidance are being improved without publishing private discussions or unsupported promises.
Responsible AI research
Possible assistance is being explored under human accountability, privacy, consent, accessibility, and safety constraints. Research is not a deployed community feature.

No item on this page is an estimated delivery date. Private work stays private, research stays labeled as research, and a future service is not presented as available before it is public and verified.
