Unless other users are wearing anime avatars and they give them to you or you take in a take av room there's no way to get anime avatars on Avatar Palace...this will change soon however when our Anime Dojo link is updated in the prop rooms server which I believe will include anime avatars. But for now if you'd like to get anime avs to use on Avatar Palace go to Anime Dojo (an advertisement link can be found on the first link room of Avatar Palace)
