Or if you already made it and then closed/hidden and left the palace then 1. If there was no users in it, it was mostly likley deleted, 2. If there was users in it then you just can't see/get in it. If thats the reason then page a wiz and they may open/unhide it for you.
: If you're talking about how you use your salon background in your room you have to type 'rpicture and then the name of your room (such as mysalon) and .gif after it...so put it together it'll look like this...

: of course you have to substitute the "mysalon" part for whatever your salon is named...
