Making my own palace - connection help

yo...i made my own palace its lookin cool and all...
it all works fine, I can connect to it wit my client, but nobody else can....
ive tryed gettin a domain at dynip.com... i got one but i dunno how im suppose to use it...if anyone can help plz post bak
