If you're talking about having problems with connecting to other palaces then your not the only one. We all have that problem at one time or another, and usually it's out of our control because most of the time the reason is because the owner isn't running the palace software, or is experiencing technical trouble, etc.,etc. So basically if you can't connect to a particular palace, just keep checking back and different times on different days, eventually you'll be able to connect.
