kk heres the scoop mr. poopy pants, i want to make a avatar. i cant use palace pallette cuz it doesnt work on the latest paint shop pro program.(joe said that on another message posted)so if i dont want to download a whole new program to use the pallette is there any other way to make your own doll? im not talking a bout on a site those drag and drop thin, i mean things for palace .
